Hotel Roles:
- Guest Service Excellence: Ensure every guest is greeted warmly and receive exceptional service throughout their stay.
- Check-In & Check-Out Procedures: Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes, handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Room Service & Guest Requests: Coordinate room service orders and attend to special requests to enhance the guest experience.
- Guest Relations: Provide personalized attention to guests, offering recommendations, services, and solving any issues to maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Hotel Operations: Assist in various departments including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Housekeeping/Chambermaid: Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards, maintaining the comfort and satisfaction of our guests
Restaurant Waiter:
- Customer Service: Greet guests promptly, take accurate orders, and provide menu recommendations with a focus on hospitality and professionalism.
- Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring correct orders and presentation according to restaurant standards.
- Upselling: Suggest additional items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Table Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, setting up tables and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Coffee Shop Barista:
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, including specialty drinks, in line with brand standards.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner, taking orders, answering questions about the menu, and making suggestions based on preferences.
- Coffee Shop Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, provide change, and manage cash registers efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Ensure that stock levels are maintained, and ingredients are ordered in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree or certification in hospitality or related fields is a plus. TESDA or equivalent is required for visas.
- Experience: Previous relevant experience in hospitality roles is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage services, (waitstaff and baristas).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Skills (Specific to Baristas): Knowledge of coffee preparation, machine operation, and specialty drinks.
- Additional Skills (Specific to Waiters): Familiarity with restaurant etiquette and service protocols.
