Our Ready to Roll Nurses  programme is designed to meet the staffing needs of healthcare facilities in the UK, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, USA, and Canada.

The  programme addresses the key challenges in recruiting nurses globally in order to expedite the deployment time to our clients in UK, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, USA, and Canada.

The process ensures fully licensed ‘employment ready’ nurses that can be deployed as fast as 30 – 180 days from formal job offer, depending on employer country, and subject to completing licensing and immigration compliances.

A comprehensive support package: We provide support for licensing, regulatory compliance, traning for clinical competency and transition to practise, immigration, visa and and travel support.

Global Reach: Large Pipeline of Nurses:  Our ‘Ready to Roll Nurses’ programme is attractive and enables us to build a large pipeline of Filipino nurses who are either immediately deployable or are at an advanced stage of their preparation (almost deployable).  We target the fastest deployment of qualified nurses to

Licensing & Financial Support:  We support nurses to assist them to understand and complete the often confusing lengthy licensing process.  This extends to all duresdictions including but not limited to:  UK, Ireland, US, Canada, KSA, Qatar, UAE, Australia and New Zealand.

We provide financial support on a case-by-case basis supporting nurses to complete mandatory licensing requirements including English language certification, and immigration requirements.

Competency Gaps Training (USA & Canada):  We know that Filipino nurses sometimes face difficulties during the early stages of employment in the US and Canada.  Limited preceptorship result in issues because of the differences in culture, communications misunderstandings, clinical environments, patient advocacy, healthcare and hospital systems and organisations.

We have developed a dedicated training program designed for Internationally Educated Nurses that addresses these issues.  The training ensures nurses are properly prepared prior to deployment.

Transition to Practise (USA & Canada):  We provide training to nurses based on competency assessment and market requirements on a case-by-case.  This is often coordinated with employers and regulatory bodies to ensure training is targeted to specific market needs.
