Sharp Canada
Sharp BH Canada employs nurses for deployment in various provinces in Canada. All nurses employed by Sharp BH Canada are employed on a ‘hybrid’ agency model to client hospitals for a minimum of 12 months.
After completing the minimum term of employment, they are offered the opportunity to transfer on a permanent basis to the provincial public and private healthcare organisations. Following employment all nurses will be offered permanent residency.
All nurses selected for employment with Sharp BH Canada are offered the full financial and training support package. This includes support for prepare for and complete licensing language requirements and clinical competency assessment and completion of a ‘transition to practise’ nurse education program
