Ready to Roll Nurses
Our Ready to Roll Nurses programme addresses the key challenges in recruiting nurses globally in order to expedite the deployment time to our clients in UK, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, USA, and Canada.
The process ensures fully licensed ‘employment ready’ nurses that can be deployed as fast as 60 – 180 days from formal job offer, depending on employer location, and subject to completing immigration and licensing.
Comprehensive Support: We provide support for licensing, transition to practise and clinical competency training, regulatory compliance support and travel including visa support.
- Coaching and mentoring: Led by a senior NHS nurse with 20 years of nursing and a trained nurse educator. A comprehensive support package covering interview preparation, assessment and training, advice throughout the nurses’ contract period.
- Financial Support: We provide financial support on a case-by-case basis supporting nurses to complete mandatory licensing requirements including English language certification, and immigration requirements.

- Licensing Support: We support nurses to assist them to understand and complete the often confusing lengthy licensing process.
- Transition to Practise: We provide training to nurses based on competency assessment and market requirements on a case-by-case. This is often coordinated with employers and regulatory bodies to ensure training is targeted to specific market needs.
- Fast Deployment: We support nurses to be fully licensed and prepared to deploy many months faster than other recruitment programs.
- Large Pipeline of Nurses: Our ‘Ready to Roll Nurses’ programme is attractive and enables us to build a large pipeline of Filipino nurses who are either immediately deployable or are at an advanced stage of their preparation (almost deployable).
- Global Reach: Our programme is designed to meet the staffing needs of healthcare facilities in the UK, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, USA, and Canada.
