This new 6-star hospital needed 400 elite nurses who combined top-tier clinical competence with the ability to deliver a luxury patient experience from day one—a caliber of candidate that comprised less than 5% of the available market. The stringent “hit-the-ground-running” requirement meant standard recruitment approaches failed. To overcome this, our recruitment team, led by our CEO and composed of experienced international nurses, implemented a rigorous, real-world scenario-based assessment that filtered for both clinical excellence and exceptional patient-side manner.
