Launching a Pioneering NEOM Giga-Project Hospitality Venue (2024/25)

This pioneering luxury resort in the undeveloped NEOM region faced the immense challenge of launching a 5-star venue with zero local infrastructure, requiring over 100 skilled staff to be mobilized to a remote and logistically complex site within an aggressive two-month deadline.

Our dedicated hospitality division overcame these severe logistical and timing hurdles by implementing a military-precise deployment plan, managing all travel, accommodation, and site access in a rapidly changing environment to ensure a smooth arrival.

We successfully deployed the entire 100+ workforce on schedule, overcoming the extreme remoteness of the location. This enabled the landmark launch of one of NEOM’s first hospitality venues, with the client praising our ability to “conquer the logistical impossible and deliver a world-class team that embodied their vision from day one.”
